Things I know ...

  6. There will be moments where you question if THIS is for you, or if it was just a pipe dream that will never come to fruition.
  7. You cannot mentor your way to the next rank.
  8. Meditation works, but only when you take inspired action from it.
  9. IT issues are painful.
  10. Disappointment from others is heavy, disappointment in yourself feels suffocating.

Things I also know ...

  2. The impact you make by opening your mouth and sharing these oils has a ripple effect larger than you can ever know.
  3. The sourcing of our oils is truly unmatched, and that foundation is unshakable.
  4. These oils work.

Drop the judgement. Judgment of where you “thought you would be” and judgment of what your team “is or is not” doing. Start today by (re)focusing on appreciating the small things, and watch as more of those things pour into your business.

It may feel like you’re limited on how you run your business, how to teach classes, how to enroll or even how you find new people. But if you want the secret sauce to finding MASSIVE SUCCESS in this business, it truly lies within your personal experiences, passions and strengths.
 
Ask yourself ...
  • What lights me up in life?
  • What can I do for hours and completely lose track of time?
  • What makes me feel like I am contributing tons of value because of who I am, or what I do really well?
These answers are your road map to finding your personal zone of genius. Now, look for ways to layer dōTERRA into these things - even if no one else is doing it that way yet!
