Yes! When someone you refer goes to checkout, a field is given to enter a promo code. If a valid code is entered and applied, this new code overrides the default 10% off referral discount. Note that discounts cannot be combined and the referrer's cash referral reward is based on 10% of the first payment made by the referred person.

Here are some examples where this could inadvertently occur: My friend signed up, but didn't use my link … My friend signed up and accidentally used someone else's link … My upline sent their link out to my team … etc. To ensure consistency every time, the system automatically records the first referral link that is clicked (or not clicked) before someone signs up and unfortunately, we cannot adjust or re-associate a referral ID after a sign-up has occurred. However, we want to sincerely thank you for helping create awareness about One Drop! We love that you are sharing the love and helping others benefit from the One Drop service in their businesses.

We use PayPal to send referral earnings so you will need a free PayPal account before you can begin. Each month around the 15th, we process the referral earnings and send out the mass payment to everyone at the same time. To keep our fees low, $10 is the minimum payout. Note that earnings in excess of $600 USD annually will require you to add in your W8/W9 form before a payout can be made (the IRS requires it, sorry!)

You’ll enter your PayPal email address and recipient information on the Referral Dashboard. Look for the button that says, “Set Up My Payment Info” and fill in the form. Once complete, you’ll be all set to collect your earnings!

In most cases no. But certain foreign countries on the US Government OFAC economic sanctions list are prohibited. Everywhere else, as long as you’re able to sign up for a PayPal account, you should be good to receive earnings from your One Drop referrals. Note that we pay in USD. You’ll be responsible for any currency conversion fees, or exchange rate differences that may be assessed by your bank on your earnings payout.

If a Referrer receives $600 or more in referral earnings within a calendar year, tax law requires that they pay taxes on the amount they receive. Our system is set up to automatically require a W9 or W8 be submitted whenever this threshold is crossed. We encourage you to consult with your tax advisor to fully understand any personal tax liability have in your tax jurisdiction, for earnings received through the One Drop Referral Program.
