Item Description

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup dry pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 scoop doTERRA Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 drop doTERRA Cassia or Cinnamon oil (if that is too strong use the toothpick method or use a sample bottle which equals to about 1/4 drop)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (Vegans can use Enjoy Life brand)

How to make:
  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and pulse several times until oats are finely chopped
  2. Slowly add water until the mixture sticks
  3. Hand mix in the chocolate chips and form mixture into balls
  4. Store up to 2 weeks in the fridge

Mix up the recipe, omit cocoa powder for a lighter version, replace with other ingredients to your liking
Add coconut flakes or seeds as toppings
