Item Description

INGREDIENTS
  1. ½ cup unsalted cashews 
  2. 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  3. 10 large dates (pitted)
  4. 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  5. 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (split in half)
  6. 1 scoop doTERRA Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 
  7. 2 tablespoons water

HOW TO MAKE
  1. Place the cashews in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and combine for about 30 seconds until everything is well blended with few large bits left
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes, so that the mixture is easier to form into balls
  4. Pour the rest of the coconut flakes into a bowl. Form the mixture into balls in your hands and then drop into the coconut, toss to coat, and place on a plate
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before eating or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
