INGREDIENTS- ½ cup unsalted cashews
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 10 large dates (pitted)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (split in half)
- 1 scoop doTERRA Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons water
HOW TO MAKE- Place the cashews in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and combine for about 30 seconds until everything is well blended with few large bits left
- Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes, so that the mixture is easier to form into balls
- Pour the rest of the coconut flakes into a bowl. Form the mixture into balls in your hands and then drop into the coconut, toss to coat, and place on a plate
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before eating or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
