Box to check if sample is pure, diluted (with FCO, etc...) or, any other way you send your samples! Lines for notes and additional tips. Back is blank and can be used for contact information or additional notes.
Print at home or professionally. Single Image item is formatted to fit Avery Template 3381 (4.25" x 5.5" Postcard) but can be resized to your preference or needs. The PDF of 6 Breathe Sample Cards are sized at 3" x 4.25" when cut. Cut lines included on PDF.
