“Hi Jen, I’m so excited about this NEW essential oil DIY! Would you like to be the first to HOST it? I bring everything you'll need. Your guests get to choose 1 of the 5 rollers that you see in the picture. I’d come a bit early to set up while you get to make all 5 rollers with my oil stash that I’ll bring. All you’d need is a minimum of 5 adults attending to make it work. 😊 I have a few workshop dates available yet in October, do you want to book one?”
She responds with “Yes, what do you have available?”
“right off, I have Thursday of next week 6:30 pm, Saturday 10:30am the ____ of October, Sunday 2:30 pm the ___ of October. Any of those dates work?”
“Alright, here is your script that you can text to your potential guests...you can alter it to make it seem more “you” if you want” :
“Hi Sue, Jen here. As you may know I’ve been loving essential oils these days and today I found out that my essential oil guru friend is gifting me a free workshop for the new FALL DIY rollers! This DIY is usually $5 but she is waiving the fee so it's free for my friends! You get to pick out which 2 that you’d like to make and take home. Then we learn a little bit more about how to use them. For those that want more info on the essential oils she will let people know how to get them for the same price she gets them for. I have room for just a few people, but thought of you and would love to have you here! It will be held at my house October ______ at 6:30 pm. Should I save a spot for you?"
“ ok, Jen, People usually ask how many people to invite.. I would invite 20 guests if you want 10 guest. I prefer inviting people personally through text or Facebook Private message or better yet, in person. But you can also promote it on your Facebook wall just in case there are people that you never would have thought would be interested.”
