Unfortunately, most people are in a constant state of dehydration which takes a toll on overall health but especially impacts kidney health. (This is your reminder to stop what you are doing and grab your water bottle!) In addition to making sure you are consuming enough water, there are essential oils that are helpful in aiding the body to rid itself of discomfort or fun bugs that can wreak havoc on your urinary tract. 

✅ Quick tip of the day: Drink half of your weight in ounces of water per day. (Example: if you weigh 160lbs, aim for at least 80oz of water)

Honestly, how much water are you drinking daily? No...coffee does not count even as much as I wish it would!
