Sweet apple meets refreshing fennel with a touch of ginger spice! This unique infused water is perfect for those who want to ditch the sugary drinks and embrace a flavorful twist on hydration.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • ½ fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1 drop of Ginger essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Thinly slice the apple and fennel bulb.
  2. Place the apple slices, fennel slices, and Ginger essential oil in a glass jar.
  3. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. Strain the infused water.
  5. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of Ginger essential oil.
  • You can add other fruits and vegetables to your liking, such as cucumber or lemon.
  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.
