Who knew bananas, spinach, and mint could be so refreshing? This unique infused water is a fun way to sneak in extra vitamins and stay hydrated!

Banana, Spinach & Mint Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon of spinach leaves
  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana into chunks.

  2. Place the banana chunks, spinach leaves, and peppermint essential oil in a glass jar.

  3. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  4. Strain the infused water.

  5. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of banana or peppermint essential oil.

  • You can add other fruits and herbs to your liking, such as cucumber or lemon.

  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.

  • It's a refreshing and thirst-quenching drink, perfect for any time of day.
