Introducing our Bedtime Body Oil recipe for a truly indulgent and calming self-care experience. 🛀✨ This nourishing blend promotes relaxation and provides deep hydration for your skin.

Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup of carrier oil (such as sweet almond oil or fractionated coconut oil)

- 5 drops of Lavender essential oil

- 3 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil

- 2 drops of Frankincense essential oil

- 1 drop of Ylang-Ylang essential oil

Instructions:

Combine the carrier oil with the essential oils in a small glass bottle.

Gently swirl the bottle to mix the oils together.

Before bedtime, take a warm shower or bath to prepare your skin.

After drying off, apply a small amount of the Bedtime Body Oil onto your palms.

Slowly massage the oil onto your body, focusing on areas that need extra hydration or tension relief.

Take a few moments to breathe deeply and let the soothing aroma envelop your senses.
