Burst of sunshine in a glass! This Blueberry, Apple & Tangerine Infused Water is a refreshing explosion of color and flavor. Perfect for a pick-me-up!

Blueberry, Apple & Tangerine Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 drop of tangerine essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice the apple.

  2. Place the blueberries, apple slices, and tangerine essential oil in a glass jar.

  3. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  4. Strain the infused water.

  5. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of blueberries, apple, or tangerine essential oil.

  • You can add other fruits and herbs to your liking, such as cucumber or mint.

  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.

  • It's a refreshing and thirst-quenching drink, perfect for any time of day.
