After a long day, unwind and pamper your tired feet with this DIY Refreshing Foot Soak!

This invigorating blend combines the power of essential oils to:

  • Soothe and cool tired muscles with Peppermint.
  • Promote relaxation and calm with Lavender.
  • Cleanse and refresh with Tea Tree.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
  • 3 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 3 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 1 drop Tea Tree essential oil
  • A large bowl or basin
  • Warm water

Directions:

  1. Fill a basin with warm water.
  2. Add Epsom salt and sea salt, stir to dissolve.
  3. Add essential oils and mix gently.
  4. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Relax, breathe, and let the stress melt away.
