Make this simple Jet Lag Roller Blend:

 

Ingredients:

10 drops doTERRA Peppermint essential oil

10 drops doTERRA Lavender essential oil

10 drops doTERRA Lemon essential oil

Fractionated coconut oil

Directions:

In a 10ml roller bottle, add 10 drops each of Peppermint, Lavender, and Lemon essential oils.

Fill the rest of the bottle with fractionated coconut oil.

Roll the blend onto the soles of your feet, the back of your neck, and your wrists before and during travel to help ease jet lag symptoms.

Peppermint can help with mental alertness and fatigue, Lavender can promote relaxation and restful sleep, and Lemon can support the immune system and boost energy levels.
