Kids Checklist for Making Their Own Roller Blend

Kids love to help you make things. You may have noticed they absorb everything like a sponge. Making their own roller blends to support their emotions is a great bonding project and can help your child lean into what makes them feel better when they express different emotions.

This is a fun activity.

✔️ Pull out your oils.

✔️ And start uncapping them and allow your child to take a whiff from the bottle.

✔️ Set aside the oils and blends that they love.

✔️ Have them choose 2-3 oils from the oils they are loving and smell them together.

✔️ Once you have this dialed in, they have their own scent to use to support their emotional state. Mix up your roller and label it.

Have you tried this activity before? What oils do your kid’s love?
