It is believed that having a morning routine can set you up for a productive, successful day. Think about it: if you are hitting the snooze, rolling out of bed and rushing around - the rest of your day will continue to look like that. However, if you wake up and begin your routine, you are setting the standard of how the rest of the day will unfold (in a good way)!
Some ideas: don’t hit the snooze! Set your alarm and get up early. Start the day with a prayer or meditation. Journal before getting out of bed. Drink a tall glass of water. Stretch. Read for a few minutes. Start small (don’t choose too many things to do or you may be overwhelmed) and just focus on one thing at a time.
What does your morning routine look like? If you don’t have one yet, what is the first thing you will be implementing to establish a routine?
