Detox and energize naturally! This Orange, Celery & Cinnamon Infused Water is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and a touch of cinnamon for a metabolism boost.

Orange, Celery & Cinnamon Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 drop of cinnamon bark essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the oranges.

  2. Chop the celery into small pieces.

  3. Place the orange slices, celery pieces, and cinnamon bark essential oil in a glass jar.

  4. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  5. Strain the infused water.

  6. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of oranges, celery, or cinnamon bark essential oil.

  • You can add other fruits and herbs to your liking, such as cucumber or ginger.

  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.
