Item Description

Sometimes the simplest things are the most beautiful. This Pear, Chia Seed & Cassia infused water is proof! Pure refreshment with a boost of vitamins, fiber, and gentle digestion support

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 drop of cassia essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the pears.

  2. Place the pear slices, chia seeds, and cassia essential oil in a glass jar.

  3. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  4. Strain the infused water.

  5. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of pears, chia seeds, or cassia essential oil.

  • You can add other fruits and herbs to your liking, such as cucumber or ginger.

  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.

  • It's a refreshing and thirst-quenching drink, perfect for any time of day.
