Item Description


  1. Ingredients

    1 cup of pineapple chunks

    2 tablespoons of basil leaves

    1 drop of Ginger essential oil

    8 cups of water

    Instructions

    Cut the pineapple into chunks.

    Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces.

    Place the pineapple chunks, basil leaves, and peppermint essential oil in a glass jar.

    Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

    Strain the infused water.

    Consume within 24 hours.
