Pineapple, Cucumber & Lemon Infused Water
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 drop of lemon essential oil
- 8 cups of water
Instructions:
- Peel and cut the pineapple into chunks.
- Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
- Place the pineapple chunks, cucumber slices, and lemon essential oil in a glass jar.
- Add the water and stir.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Strain the infused water.
- Consume within 24 hours.
