Poolside Refresh - Looking to relax by the pool? This spray is the perfect blend to keep you cool while soaking up the sun. On a side note, this also works wonders for hot flashes...
Ingredients: 3/4 cup Distilled Water 2 tablespoons Witch Hazel 5 drops Spearmint essential oil 5 drops Peppermint essential oil 8 oz Spray Bottle
Instructions:
- In a spray bottle, combine distilled water and witch hazel.
- Add essential oils to the mixture.
- Shake to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
- To use, spray on your skin for a cooling and refreshing scent.
Tip: Remember, if you get Peppermint Oil in your eyes, do not use water to wash them out. Simply place a cotton ball or paper towel soaked with a carrier oil onto your closed eyelids and gently wipe across your lids.
