Three Steps to a Powerful Morning Routine

When our physical health is on point everything else seems to fall into place. Having a morning routine is just one step toward optimal wellness.

 

1. Hydrate- upon waking hydrate your body with at least 8-16 ounces of warm water to replenish loose minerals, add 1-2 drops of lemon eo for an added boost. 💦

2. Get moving- Start with light stretching and gentle movement to warm up your muscles and joints, choose uplifting oils such as peppermint, wild orange, or frankincense. 🏃🏽

3. Feed your body, getting an adequate breakfast not only kick starts your metabolism, but it’s also great for balancing your blood sugar giving you that added boost it needs. Simple things you can incorporate are doterra greens, protein, and fiber to name a few. 🍽️

 

And as always, listen to your body, it’s your greatest teacher.
