I know I seem to have a lot of favorite dōTERRA products (probably because I do) but one that I swear the most by is the On Guard® Throat Drops!
As soon as I feel that tickle in the back of my throat I start popping them like they are going out of style. And more times than not - it stops whatever was creeping in dead in its tracks! I also never travel without them as they make great lozenges for the airplane to keep my immune system supported.
Another tip: To a spoon add 1 drop of Ginger, 2 drops Copaiba, and 3 drops of Lemon to a teaspoon of honey. Take from the spoon or add to hot tea.
