  • Inhale directly from cupped hands
  • Diffuse with Lavender, Serenity®, or Balance®
  • Make a focus spray - add 10 drops  to 5 drops Rosemary and 5 drops Peppermint to an 8 oz spray bottle and top with witch hazel
