Are you like me, struggling to quiet your mind and find restful sleep?

Take a moment with your journal or a piece of paper and release your thoughts by writing down everything that's bothering you or keeping you awake. Letting it out on paper can help create mental space and ease your mind.

Practice Box Breathing: Inhale deeply to a count of four, hold your breath for a count of four, exhale slowly for a count of four, and hold your breath again for a count of four. Repeat this calming breathing technique for 2 to 5 minutes to center your mind and relax your body.

Set the mood by listening to a calming playlist on your favorite music app. Choose soft melodies or soothing sounds that can transport you to relaxation and peace.

Indulge in a warm shower or soak in a hot bath before bed. Allow the warm water to wash away the tensions of the day and create a blissful environment for unwinding.
