At Leadership 2023, many of us fell in love with the "75 Hard" challenge. I created a graphic to be used for this challenge, with a twist. Rather than 75 Hard, I opted for "75 Strong"!
Create a challenge for your team... for 75 days complete ______ items daily. Here is an example of what some teams are doing for their daily commitments:
- Read five pages of a self-development book (no audiobook)
- Text accountability partners daily (One Celebration One Struggle One Daily Goal)
- Connect with one team member (or non team member) about something income producing (MetaPWR, Refer A Friend, Wellness Consult, etc)
- Pray for one person
- Send one snail mail card each day to the person you pray for
