So, what are some things we can do to connect with our customers? Reaching out to them on a personal level is a great way to build a relationship. Sending an email or a text to let them know you are thinking about them and ask about something going on in their lives is so appreciated! People love receiving mail also. Do you have a Birthday Club in your customer group? This way you can shout out their birthday or even mail them a card on their special day. These gestures go a long way!
